• 13 % were under 25 years old
• 12% from Black and ethnic (BAME) Communities
• 51% had a disability or long term illness
• 38% were experiencing mental health difficulties
• Averaging around 150 cases per month when COVID hit
• £3,316,060.55 achieved in Financial Gains

On the 12th November, like many charities we held our AGM over Zoom with many local professionals and agencies attending.

2019/20 was a tough year with a large deficit, however this year we are forecasting a breakeven position and we are already working on budgets, plans and new projects for the coming year.
