Please feel free to contact us and ask for advice. All our staff and advisors are very knowledgeable and if we cannot help you ourselves, we will do our best to tell you who else may be able to. As part of our commitment to Kettering Future Partnership we will offer a ‘warm handover’ where we, with your consent, contact the agency on your behalf and ask them to contact you directly; saving you the time of multiple calls that often send you round in circles.
If you have a housing or benefit enquiry please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange and appointment to see you and we will provide the support and assistance you require. Our office is on the pedestrianised part of Meadow Road that links to the High Street. There is no parking by the office but there are several car parks nearby and free on street parking in Meadow Road for 1 hour.
If you approach from the High Street we are on the road that runs between McDonalds and Peacocks.
If you are coming to a pre-booked appointment:
Please arrive in good time for your appointment and bring any necessary paperwork with you. This could include letters, forms, evidence for income/expenditure, previous addresses etc.
Pre booked appointments are booked for a maximum of 1 hour but will be for the amount of time the advisor feels your situation requires.
If you become aware you will be late please let us know so we don’t offer your appointment to someone else.
In certain situations, we may offer an emergency appointment, around the commitments of the team.

Please arrive in good time for any appointment and bring any necessary paperwork with you. This could include letters, forms, evidence for income/expenditure, previous addresses etc.
When arriving at the drop in everyone is seen by our Triage Worker who will ensure we have accurate contact details etc. and ensure you are set up on our computer system so that when you see the advisor you can make the best use of your time with them.
Not everyone triaged will need to see an advisor that day as there are some issues that our Triage worker can resolve themselves. They may identify you need to see another member of the team or they advise that your issue requires a longer appointment so can book one for you with advisor for an agreed date and time.
