Emergency food support

Emergency food support

We work in partnership with KCU – Kettering’s Trussell Trust Food bank. If you are struggling to make ends meet and require food please contact us

Emergency food need is met with dignity and respect through ten authorised Partner Agencies who hold food parcels on site, issuing them to customers when a need has been identified. This removes unnecessary travel, removes embarrassment and increases efficiency. Each parcel contains three meals a day for three days’ and is designed to be nutritionally balanced. The parcels have a food voucher attached which is completed on issue and returned to KCU.

In partnership with KCU, Accommodation Concern is able to provide a pre-packaged food parcels. We are also able is happy to redistribute surplus and donated food items to people in need. However, our main function as an anti-poverty charity is to find out why you are in need and to help you address the problems that are causing you to need a food parcel. Please do not be put off asking for food if you need it, just let our advisers know during your interview.
