Financial Resilience Partnership
A North Northamptonshire partnership turning the Financial Resilience Theory of Change into practical, joined-up action.
North Northamptonshire
From crisis support to lasting resilience
The North Northamptonshire Financial Resilience Partnership brings together advice agencies, VCSE organisations, community and faith groups, housing providers, statutory partners and people with lived experience.
Its purpose is to take forward the local Financial Resilience Theory of Change and support practical action so people can future-proof their financial independence.
That means better early help, clearer referral routes, trusted community access points, income maximisation, quality-assured advice and support that understands the link between money, housing and mental wellbeing.

Local roots
Built on the Theory of Change
Financial resilience is about more than budgeting. The local Theory of Change recognises that people need practical capability, confidence, timely help and fairer wider conditions around income, debt, housing costs, digital access, transport, health, employment and public service design.
The partnership builds on work commissioned by North Northamptonshire Council and shaped through local health and wellbeing priorities. It supports a move from fragmented crisis response towards a more coherent prevention model, with no wrong door, assisted digital access, warm referrals and person-centred community coordination.
