Analytics
We use a self-hosted version of Plausible Analytics to understand which pages are useful, which pages are hard to find and where people may need clearer routes to help. Plausible records aggregated information such as page views, referral sources, broad country-level location, browser, operating system, device type and selected website events.
Plausible does not use analytics cookies, create persistent visitor identifiers or track you across websites. We do not send names, contact details, referral answers or calculator entries to Plausible, and we do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.

Embedded video
Our About us page includes a YouTube video. YouTube is not contacted and the video is not loaded until you choose to play it. When you do, the video loads using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Google and YouTube may then receive technical information and may use cookies or browser storage under their own policies.
