Executive Assistant to the Senior Management Team – Full Time

Hours of work 37.5 hours per week
Salary £27,000 - £30,000 FTE dependent on experience
Location Accommodation Concern / Hybrid
Annual leave 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension 3% employer contribution
Essential requirement You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle (this is non-negotiable)

Accommodation Concern is looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support our busy Senior Management Team (SMT). This is more than a traditional PA role – you’ll be right at the heart of our mission to prevent and relieve poverty and homelessness across North Northamptonshire.

About the role

In this dynamic and people-centred role, you’ll provide high-level executive and administrative support to the SMT and Board of Trustees. From coordinating diaries and preparing Board papers, to leading on HR administration, compliance checks, and staff onboarding – you’ll be the engine room that keeps our leadership team and organisation moving.

You’ll play a key part in:

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, correspondence and projects
  • Supporting Trustee governance and compliance, including meeting minutes and action tracking
  • Coordinating recruitment, staff training, HR records and system updates
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, IT setups and facilities management
  • Maintaining key records, supplier relationships, and tracking budgets

  • Has proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Is highly organised, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator
  • Has a keen eye for detail and thrives on juggling competing priorities
  • Understands the importance of discretion, compliance and data accuracy
  • Brings warmth, resilience and a values-led approach to their work
  • A degree-level qualification is essential, and experience in the charity or public sector is a bonus
