AGM 2025: looking back, looking forward

A packed room, strong partnerships and a clear message: demand is rising, and prevention matters.

AGM

AC held its 2025 Annual General Meeting at Christ the King Church in Kettering, bringing together around 80 attendees from across the organisation and wider local system.

Accommodation Concern AGM 2025

Staff, trustees, volunteers, councillors, MPs, peers and colleagues from partner organisations came together to reflect on a year of continued growth for Accommodation Concern.

The AGM was a chance to recognise the people behind the work and to talk honestly about the rising demand facing advice, housing and support services across Northamptonshire.

Guest speakers from Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Glasspool shared reflections on partnership working and the shared commitment needed to support people facing poverty, homelessness, poor mental health and financial insecurity.

The event closed with a forward-looking message: AC will keep growing carefully, keep working with partners, and keep focusing on practical help that prevents homelessness and poverty.
