We work with local landlords to enable those people who are in housing need to secure safe, affordable and appropriate accommodation.

We advise landlords on their legal responsibilities, tenancy agreements, notices to quit, inventories, housing benefit and council tax benefit issues, H.M.O. legislation, General Health and Safety and many more aspects of their work.

We recognise that the provision of housing is a valuable local resource and we aim to do our utmost to advise and support landlords in a helpful and constructive way. We have a register of local private landlords and there are no registration fees as all of our services are free to both prospective landlords and tenants.
