We know that we live in difficult financial times and that, to carry on delivering our services, we need to plan carefully for a sustainable future.

To keep offering our services we have to make sure that we keep our costs low, provide services people need, and have enough income to support ourselves.

With the help of partner agencies, service users, staff team members, trustees, and supporters we take time out every year to review what we’ve achieved over the past twelve months and what we’d like to do in the coming year.

In 2010, we had a number of ideas about how we might develop. Just before Christmas 2011, we looked at what we had achieved (much) and at how we could continue to grow. We are committed to continuous improvement (for example, we have just achieved Investors in People status) and we are currently working on a number of schemes to raise funds for Accommodation Concern to help support our work.
